HOLIDAY CAN BE PAID BY 2 INSTALLMENTS

During your booking process and in your email notification, you can find the balance payment due date for your partial paid reservation.

Your outstanding payment must be paid by the due date given, after this payment has been received, your reservation will be finalised, then your booking confirmation along with other necessary documents will be sent to your email address.

To pay the balance of your booking: Log in to your account, go to the ORDERS menu, there your order will be displayed, then finalise your reservation by selecting one of the payment options (credit card, bank transfer etc.)

* Payment for the flight service is non refundable. If you cancel your booking or do not pay the balance by the due date the deposit payment will not be refunded.

* This option is valid only for hotel+flight packages.

* Hotel keeps the right to change the due date and can ask for early payment for the balance if there is a high occupancy and very few rooms left for the period you have reserved.
